Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase! The profits from it will go towards educating a child. It is our hope that you enjoy and love the product or service you have paid for.
However, if there is any defect in the product or the wrong product has been shipped to you, we apologise and would like to remedy that.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or the wrong product. If you receive a defective item, please:
1. Contact us at +6018-7896206 with details of the product and the defect.
2. Either ship or drop off the item you consider defective back to 7-G, Jalan 15/48A, Sentul Boulevard, 51000 Kuala Lumpur. Include the product with the original packaging (with your address label on it). Shipping is not refundable.
3. We will replace the product with another one of the same type, or of an equivalent value either on the spot or shipped to you under 1 week.

If you have purchased a food item that was not up to standard (expired, gone bad, or was defective), we will gladly email you a cash voucher of the same value.
