How to use:

Heating Therapy:
Remove pack from velvet pouch. Place a cup of water beside the eye mask, heat in microwave for 30 seconds up to 1 minute. Flip and shake the bag and heat up to 1 minute. Test temperature before application. 

Cooling Therapy:
Remove pack from velvet pouch. Place eye mask in a zip lock bag and put into freezer for at least 1 hour.

Care Guide:

Outer Pouch:
 Spot clean only.

Pack cover: 
Remove and wash regularly with detergent.

Pack lining with filling:
Do not wash, Spot clean only and keep dry. When not in use, keep at cool, dry place or keep in ziplock bag in freezer.
